This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the Internet portal (hereinafter, the ‘Portal’) that SUCESORES DE JOSÉ ESCUDER, S.L. makes available to Internet users. This Policy forms an integral part of the Legal Notice accessible at all times from the Portal.
The User guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation. In the event that the data provided belongs to a third party, the User guarantees that they have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained their authorisation to provide their data to SUCESORES DE JOSÉ ESCUDER, S.L. for the purposes indicated.

2. Why do we process the User’s personal data?
SUCESORES DE JOSÉ ESCUDER, S.L. processes the information provided by the User in order to respond to various requests made by the User. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will be to manage:
a. Enquiries and requests for proposals (RFP) sent via the contact form provided for this purpose.
b. CVs sent via the Portal.
c. Participation in blogs, through comments.
d. Communications via the Complaints Channel.
e. Informative electronic communications, in accordance with your interests.
SUCESORES DE JOSÉ ESCUDER, S.L. may create a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.
In the event that the User registers on the Portal through social login, SUCESORES DE JOSÉ ESCUDER, S.L. will only access the User’s personal data for which they have given their consent during the configuration of
access to the social network in question. Any information provided in connection with such social applications may be accessed by members of the relevant social network, and such interactions will be governed by the privacy policies of the entities providing the services. SUCESORES DE JOSÉ ESCUDER, S.L. has no control over or responsibility for such entities or their use of user information.

The legal basis for the processing of data is the legitimacy of the User’s consent.
5. To whom will the User’s personal data be communicated?
In cases where the User requests, through the website, proposals for services or sends CVs, their data will be provided to those Spanish companies affiliated with the SUCESORES DE JOSÉ ESCUDER, S.L. network.
In cases where the User’s request so justifies, the identifying data may be provided to other entities affiliated with the SUCESORES DE JOSÉ ESCUDER, S.L. network, including those located outside the European Economic Area, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the request related to the destination country.
