Commercial Description

Non-ionic/anionic self-emulsifying base, with wide application in cosmetics and pharmacy, due to its eNOcellent physiological compatibility and versatility. Stable and neutral O/W emulsions are obtained, which absorb up to 10 times their weight in water. This food emulsifier is very versatile and is applied in a large number of products, such as bakery additives, starch products, margarines, ice cream, candies and dairy products. It acts as an emulsifier, thickener and stabilizer.
